Welcome to Splitsville, FL., where a tracking device, threats to a gumshoe, a sexy video and disappearing files make this reality as noir as Raymond Chandler’s fiction.

In a divorce battle raising eyebrows among South Florida lawyers, legendary divorce attorney John Christiansen is taking on his soon-to-be-ex-wife, marriage counselor Suzie, and her private eye.

The P.I., love-rat catcher Jody Stacy, recently filed a restraining order against the husband. He claims Christiansen, whose clients included the jilted lovers of scandalous party girl Roxanne Pulitzer and golf great Fred Couples, scares him “to the core.”

Christiansen, 66, allegedly threatened to kill him and, in a phone call, described accurately his wife and children.

Stacy also claims under oath he’s got a video of Christiansen cheating on his wife with a client, and that a minion of John’s stole Suzie’s files. Stacy declined comment.

Christiansen, meanwhile, called Stacy “a punk” and accused him of placing a tracking device in his Escalade.

“I found the GPS device and he (Stacy) knows it’s illegal to use one,” Christiansen said.

Stacy’s restraining order was denied.

Movie superstar Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is unloading his real estate in SoFla, his home for 20 years.

The UM-tackle-turned-wrestler-turned-actor has unloaded five properties in Broward over the past year, including his Davie homestead.

According to property appraiser’s records, Johnson and his ex-wife and manager Dany Garcia made a total of more than $2.6 million on the sales. Their SW 132nd Way homestead went for $1.18 million. They made $20,000 on a Century Village condo in Pembroke Pines.

After movies like Gridiron Gang and Race to Witch Mountain, Johnson has been spending most of his time in Tinseltown.

“He’s restructuring his business interests,” said Joy Fehily, Johnson’s publicist. “His roots are in Florida.”

Miami Heater Lebron James’ angry mom, Gloria, has a new court date in her battery and disorderly intoxication case.

Momma James, 42, was supposed to be tried for the two misdemeanors Tuesday downtown Miami, but her defense attorney and prosecutors agreed to postpone. The next hearing is scheduled for Aug. 30.

An insider tells me Christopher Lyons, her attorney, is still trying to convince prosecutors that Gloria was attacked by a valet at Miami Beach’s Fontainebleau April 7, not the other way around.
